We are the May’s… 60+ retirees, plant lovers, and bloggers.

We will be sharing our stories, adventures, and interests as we go about our 60+ living. Along with aging comes hindsight, the regret of past mistakes, and missed opportunities. We have decided while we can, to live intentionally, enjoy where we are right now, and to stay positive.

Our activities and interests are varied, Darrel’s being cooking, walking, chess, politics, tennis, reading, fishing, jazz & blues and gardening. Amanda’s eating, swimming, playing water volleyball, reading, music, traveling, learning/playing the harmonica, writing, and filmmaking. Y’all be prepared for some really random posts!

We have 5 adult children, 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 6 World Vision children, and Marley the cat. WHEW

We look forward to connecting with and hearing from others along this journey.
